Hi all, I’m currently looking into new BTO and condo options and came acrossTengah Garden Residence Floor Plans on this site. The layout seems really functional, with a mix of 2- to 5-bedroom options, and the location is promising with the new MRT line coming up nearby. Has anyone else had a chance to check out the showflat or gotten more details? Would love to hear your thoughts on whether it’s a good investment or a nice place to stay long-term. Let’s discuss!
